Who we are
Scout59 is run by triplet59 Limited, 14 Morcellement Villaze, Black River, Mauritius 90621. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can contact us at hello@scout-59.com.
What we collect
When you join early access we collect your email address and, if you give them, your name, what best describes you, how many websites you run, and any note you add.
Why we use it
- To contact you about early access to Scout59, which you asked for when you joined the list.
- To send you occasional product news, only if you ticked the box asking for it. You can unsubscribe from any email.
We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in our customer database, hosted by our service providers (Supabase for the database, Vercel for this website, and Resend for sending email). They process it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while early access is being rolled out, and delete them if you ask us to or leave the list.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@scout-59.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK or the Data Protection Office in Mauritius.
